Participation at the Interreg MADE in MED event in Rome, “Crafting the future Mediterranean”
Transnational cooperation, integration with other programmes and reinforcement of our project's message at local and European policy level, were the main objectives of the Made in Med event which sends out the message that the Interreg Med Programme is a “living” integrated process with tangible contributions, where thematic communities speak in one voice.
Meropi Adamopoulou from HCMR participated in the event, presenting POSBEMED through a roll up poster, illustrating the main results of the socioeconomic evaluation study that was performed in 5 Mediterranean countries (i.e. Spain, France, Italy, Greece and Cyprus), with a view to examining conflicts and drivers concerning the beach users’ perceptions and stakeholders’ expectations on Posidonia banquettes on sandy beaches.
